Regional Banking Looks Very Bullish

Market action has been decidedly bullish of late as all dips are being bought.  Today is seeing an increase in volume as well. Of note is the leadership in financials, particularly the KBW Regional Bank Index, which is showing an extremely bullish double cup and handle formation and a consistent, unbroken uptrend. It is breaking out now and just a few ticks from new highs.  It has broken out, came back to retest the break and is not breaking out again.
