Aussie Dollar Lower Highs?

The AUD.USD may have put in a major lower high on 11/16/09 followed by a secondary lower high on 1/11/10. The uptrend off the 12/21/09 bottom has been broken. Is the bull run in the commodity currencies over? Note the lower high in RSI at 63 and the low in RSI near 30. Has a range shift occurred?
